DenMed takes your privacy seriously. We only ask for personal data if we need it to provide our services to you, we store it securely and we do not retain it for longer than necessary. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is absolutely necessary in providing the services you have asked us to.

What data do we collect and how is it used?
There are four points on the website where we ask for your data:
Course Booking Form
This sends us an email containing:
- Name – used to greet/address you
- Email – used to contact you
- Telephone – used to contact you
- Subject and message – used to assist you
This data is provided to us on a contractural basis so that we can provide training services.
Health & Safety Question Form
The following data is stored in our database:
- Name – used to greet/address you
- Email – used to contact you
- Telephone (optional) – used to contact you
- Question – used to assist you
This data is provided to us on a contractural basis so that we can provide professional services.
Contact Form
This sends us an email containing:
- Name – used to greet/address you
- Email – used to contact you
- Telephone (optional) – used to contact you
- Subject and message – used to assist you
This data is provided to us on a contractural basis so that we may contact you back.
Sample Chapter Request Form
The following data is stored in our database:
- Name – used to greet/address you
- Email – used to send you the sample chapter
- Telephone (optional) – used to contact you if you experience any issues
This data is provided to us on a consensual basis in return for a sample chapter.
Age restrictions
Our services aren’t available to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 then you should not provide your personal data without the permission or supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian to understand these policies.
Contact and messages from DenMed
On occasion, DenMed will send you messages. The default form of communication is via email. Our contact with you will never be unsolicited and will only ever be in relation to the services you have requested.
DenMed Cookies
A cookie is a small data file sent from a web site to your browser that is stored on your computer’s hard drive. We don’t currently store any DenMed cookies on your computer.

How do we store your data?
Any data we store is stored in our secure password protected database hosted by our web hosting company in their Secure Tier 3 data center.
Do we share your data with anyone else?
We only share your data when it is necessary in the delivery of our courses and training or to comply with any legal obligations. This may include sharing your details with assessors and verifiers to deliver your training, provide feedback and verification.
We do not share your data with any other third parties such as marketing companies.
Lawful information sharing & disclosure
DenMed may share your personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs and provide training and support.
DenMed may also release your personal information to a third-party in order to comply with a subpoena or other similar legal procedure, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law; prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or investigate or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud.
We may disclose personally identifiable information to parties in compliance with our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. In such events, DenMed may disclose any information held on file.

Please contact us stating as much information as you can and we will check our records free of charge. If we hold any data then we will send this to you a copy.

Personal Data Retention
DenMed will retain your information for as long as it is needed to provide you with our services. DenMed will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you no longer want DenMed to provide you services, you may contact us and request that we delete any data we hold.
